Responsibilities:
A) Technical

Produce or oversee the production of technical requirements,
architecture and design deliverables, development and implementation of
complete .NET enterprise solutions.

Build technical architectural models.

Research solutions to technical questions quickly and efficiently.

Assume responsibility for Unit Testing of own code, and for overseeing
the Unit Testing of junior developers' code.

Assume responsible for quality assurance of program design and
development.

B) Business

Identify ambiguity and gaps in system requirements and formulate
appropriate analytical questions for analysts, architects, and
customers to obtain clearer specifications.

Assist the systems analysts and technical architects in developing
requirements specifications and architecture definitions.

Able to explain technology to a business audience.

Able to negotiate technical solutions against business requirements.

Effectively communicate and define technology considerations within the
context of business requirements.

Understand the balance between business requirements and technical
solutions.

Ensure that business objectives are aligned with technical and
management objectives.

Support implementation and operational strategies, approaches and
execution.

C) Management

Able to lead and mentor design and development teams, and support key
decisions consistent with realistic time, cost and scope constraints.

Work under some supervision but can manage and mentor technical
resources within an overall project plan.

Necessary Skills: Must have 2-3 years .NET experience.

Experience with BizTalk; familiarity with Workflow.

Familiarity with Microsoft network, operating system and database
environments.

Previously have held a position responsible for the design,
implementation and operation of enterprise-wide software solutions.

Knowledge includes understanding of IT resources and methodologies as
well as entire development life cycle.

Achieved results under constraints of time, budget, available
expertise, existing applications and infrastructure.

Bonus Skills: Degree in Computer Science or related area.

Healthcare and/or Energy background.

J2EE experience.

Ability to travel.
