Responsibilities: A) Technical:

Contribute to the design and development of custom enterprise
applications using n-tier technology, extranet applications connecting
package software, as well as client-server solutions.

Refine requirements with clients to determine custom application
delivery and service requirements.

Support the project planning process by providing estimated effort to
design and construct custom applications using structured methodology
and procedures.

Work with and/or lead testing resources during the development and
implementation of integrated solutions. Support or participate in the
preparation or execution of these tests.

Facilitate technical issue resolution. Monitor, troubleshoot, and
resolve issues that may arise.

Prepare and present personal weekly status reports that clearly define
issues and progress.

B) Business / Consulting:

Ability to work well in a team environment, participate in team
meetings including communication of the technical status of your
assignment.

Necessary Skills: Experience using Internet based technologies in the
development of custom applications. Experience in Enterprise Java
and/or .NET .

Should have three to five years practical experience.

Solid understanding of SQL products such as DB2, Microsoft Access,
Microsoft SQL Server or Sybase.

Experience in problem analysis design and implementation.

A good understanding of data modeling, networking, and other
'technologies' that interact with application development
environments.

Ability to understand rapidly changing technology and how it applies to
business needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Ability to function comfortably in a multi-tasking environment.

Bonus Skills: Computer Science Degree or equivalent.

MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solution Developer).
